TERMS OF SERVICE
Ownership
All rights of the produced artwork belong to the artist.
Artist will be able to use the artwork for:
- self-promotion material
- Streaming or posting on social media
- Publishing of books
Commissioners are allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
- Use for streaming
Copyright infringement will result in revoking all rights from the commissioner.
The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- altering the artwork without the artist´s consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork is x1.5 of original price.
With commercial rights, you are allowed to:
- Make merch with the artwork
- Use it in books, covers, as props, and promote your brand.
*Please note that credit is still required for usage of the artwork even if altered or edited.Do clarify with me if you have any doubts!
PAYMENT
- All payments will be 50% after finalized sketch and 50% after completion.
- All payments are to be made by PayPal/Ko-fi only.
- All prices are in USD.
- Payment link/QR will be indicated in the Invoice after order confirmation.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
- Once an invoice is issued, no refunds will be given.
- I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
